us to redirect the costs on printing expensive brochures to better quality
services for our guests.
The Confirmation Number
The confirmation Number is our unique contribution to give you light
access and express reply of your request. The confirmation Number is
not made by other contractors or providers.

Our Internet Rate'
The Internet Rate is our very special rate. It can be 20%-70% of the
Published Rate. Our Internet Rate is quoted in US Dollars or Rupiah
Currency. It is usually nett (including tax & service charges),
and always below the Published Rate.
Include Internet Rate'
Internet Rate includes 21% tax and service charges. Breakfast is included
in some hotels (please read carefully).
Published Rate'
The Published Rates is the price from hotels or tour contractors. It
will be applied if you deal direct booking to the hotel and/or provider.
How to make a booking?
Choose your favourite hotels in Bali where you want to stay by visiting
hotel pages or other products and services.
Should you find a product or service that meet your expectation, please
click "the reservation form button ", then simply fill it
out and do not forget to read carefully the terms and conditions.
Try describe your special request (if any) on the "description
" box available on the form.
Do recheck your email address carefully before submitting your request.

Upon receiving your reconfirmation of the booking, we will send you
a confirmation slip by email. The confirmation slip bears the room/ service

Payment method for hotel reservation
Upon receiving our confirmation, your credit card details are required.
It will be used as a guarantee and will be charged if there are any
cancellation within certain period of cancellation policy.
You should made all payments directly to the reserved hotel upon arrival
by cash or Credit Card.
If cancel the reservation
Please email us the previous correspondence and change the subject with
"Cancellation for hotel name". Cancellation deadline or due
date will be stated in each booking confirmation.

The Department of Justice and Human Rights has officially determined

to citizens of the
following countries: Brunei, Malaysia,Philippines, Singapore, Thailand,
Vietnam,
Hong Kong, Macao, Morocco, Chile, Peru.
2. The Visa-on-Arrival Facility (length of stay max. 30 days) will be
issued to citizens of the
following countries: Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Denmark,
Finland, France,
Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Africa,
South Korea,
Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States.
3. Citizens of countries not stated above are required to apply for
a visa at the
Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in their country of domicile.
